Created a lighting package for the new Sarofim Hall and new Broadcast Studio
Included a calculated enhancement of the existing Underwood Theatre
Designed new repertory plots for all three spaces

Organized equipment demos to identify top performing products and maximize cost/quality per unit.
Pulled quotes and found the ideal vendor for the package.
Managed the package delivery and confirmed receipt of all inventory.
Coordinated with other firms on the project to maximize the functionality of the completed space

Installation and Training

Established organizational systems in the Sarofim
Discussed and trained staff on safety standards in the Sarofim
